Hanusch Krankenhaus in the Austrian capital is in direct service from the regional health provider. A century-old institution, it blends imperial tradition with forward-thinking modernism.

The newly opened O.R. center contains five highly modern operating theatres incorporating the very best of technology and hygiene standards. This also includes one state-of-the-art hybrid room.

Despite having reduced number of procedure rooms in 2015 by four, the hospital currently projects an increase of surgical procedures to 6,000 a year. This exemplifies the benefits of optimizing workflow efficiency.

All operating rooms are equipped with powerful S·CAPE® MEDICAL MULTICONSOLES serving as documentation- and PACS workstations. CX·PRIME software allows for convenient image and video transmission both in and out of the operating room. Further components such as an audio system and CD/DVD drive were installed upon request.
